Restaurant Eugene Wed., Sept. 3, 6:30 p.m. Restaurant Eugene Welcomes Norman Van Aken Chef Lipton Hopkins of Buckhead’s Restaurant Eugene will host heralded chef and author, Norman Van Aken, for a cocktail hour followed by a five-course meal. Van Aken is a pioneer in new world cuisine and an author of six cookbooks. The menu will ingredients and themes from Van Aken’s native Florida. Details
