This September marks the eighteenth anniversary of Stephin Merritts’ critically acclaimed, three-volume album 69 Love Songs. The album consists of exactly 69 songs chronicling all types of love, including “Yeah, Oh Yeah” about a husband murdering his wife. Ahhh, the joys of love. 1 AM Secret Show will host an all-out celebration of Merritt’s musical tome.
