Floataway CafC) (1123 Zonolite Road) is hosting a dinner to pay tribute to and celebrate the 101st birthday of Southern chef Edna Lewis. On April 24, Anne Quatrano (Bacchanalia), Todd Richards (White Oak Kitchen) and Mashame Bailey (The Grey, Savannah) will create spring dishes inspired by Lewisb cooking. All proceeds benefit the Edna Lewis Foundation, whose mission is to b revive, preserve and celebrate the history of African American cookery.b
