WHO: Run the Jewels and Lorde

WHAT: Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O’Connor, better known by her stage name Lorde, performed for a packed Infinite Energy Center on Saturday night. Touring in support of her second and most recent album Melodrama, Lorde played a 20-song set including material from her debut album Pure Heroine.

Hip-hop duo and hometown heroes Run the Jewels, featuring El-P and Killer Mike, opened the show. Big Boi of OutKast joined the duo for a run through the almighty “Banana Clipper” from RTJ’s 2013 debut album.
