Hamthropology Artisanal Hoggery is going hog-wild throwing a heritage whole hog roast featuring Ossabaw hogs, seasonal sides, craft beer, Old Fourth Distillery spirits, dessert, and live music with chef David Larkworthy of 5 Seasons - Westside. Ticket price includes family style Ossabaw Island Pork, seasonal sides, (two) craft beer/spirits beverages, and dessert. Taxes and gratuity are not included. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Livestock Conservancy. The aim of this event is “serve to preserve,” spreading awareness about this endangered heritage breed, the Ossabaw Island Hog. The farm has the largest, non-hybridized breed of Authentic Registered Ossabaws in the world, recognized by the Livestock Conservancy.
