This holiday season, give then oven a break. Chef Julio Delgado is serving up a hearty three course prix fixe menu with optional wine pairing.
First Course: Farm Hand Vegetable Salad with Arugula, Dates and Cider Vinaigrette
Entree: Slow Roasted Free Range Turkey Breast and Leg Confit. Corn Bread Dressing, Green Bean Casserole, Giblet and Cranberry Sauce
Dessert: Ginger Streusel- Pumpkin Pie with Vanilla Cream
