Medicine Woman Gina Breedlove is a Singer, Songwriter, & Sound Healer from Brooklyn, NY.

Gina began performing at age 15, singing background vocals for the incomparable Phylis Hyman. Soon after, she toured the world with Harry Belafonte as his featured vocalist. Gina has also toured with legendary guitarist Ronny Jordan, trombonist Craig Harris, Master Poet Sekou Sundiata, Toshi Reagan, and other amazing artists who defy and redefine genre. An actress as well, Gina created the role of “Sarabi”, in the Broadway production of “The Lion King”, and most recently appeared in two Spike Lee joints; “Living da Dream” & “Chi-Raq”.
