With motifs of popcorn, patterns, and people, oil and charcoal painter Lacey Longino opens her new solo exhibit, Cut From the Same Cloth, at Made Again. Drawn from Longino’s search for parallels between the decisions made in her paintings and the decisions made in her life, the exhibit tells the romanticized story of a woman growing up in the South. As the woman within the striking, meaningful paintings grows older and finds her role in the world, viewers — alongside Longino — will embrace and reflect on the human experience of making a bold decision and living with its consequences, good or bad.At Made Again
