Celebrate Your Independents with Cakes & Ale’s 4th of July Fish Fry!

This 4th of July, Cakes & Ale is celebrating with an old fashioned Independents Day southern fish fry. Known for its commitment to local purveyors, this dinner honors regional, independent food, wine and beer producers from sources such as Carolina Classics Catfish of Winterville, North Carolina and Creature Comforts Brewery of Athens, Georgia. The three course menu will be served family style, the first course featuring snacks and appetizers and the second offering a fried catfish platter and seasonal vegetable sides. The meal will conclude with banana pudding for dessert. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
