In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll master wood-fired pizza with a chef trained in Italy. First, you’ll make a slow-rise pizza dough from scratch. Then, you’ll learn to knead, stretch, and fire your pies. Together with Chef Chris, you’ll make Neapolitan Margherita pizzas — topped with zesty tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, Parmesan, and basil.
