NCAA Basketball Tournament: Starting Thursday, March 21, Phipps Plaza’s brand new, state-of-the-art large outdoor HD video screen will broadcast the college basketball tournament action on The Green. From the tip-off of the opening round to the final seconds of the championship game, guests can catch their favorite college teams competing for the national title.
